This cake is covered in butter cream icing with glistening gold fondant diamonds. The cake is accented with a purple and green fondant rope border and fondant circles. The top tier is 8 inches around and 6 inches high, the bottom tier is 10 inches around and 2 inches tall. This cake serves 60 guests.

The palm trees are made out of fondant and stand about 10 inches tall. This cake is covered in butter cream icing. The sea shells are made out of white and milk chocolate.
